COMMENTS
I thought overall this was a really bad year for music. Critics are blinded by artist favoritism, making them deaf to good tunes. Notable sophomore slumps—Iron & Wine, Band of Horses, Feist (Did anyone hear her first album? It's brilliant, this one is crap), Jose Gonzales (remember him?). Also, I don't get Neon Bible, it doesn't stand up to the first album in any way and In Rainbows is Radioheads worst album since Pablo Honey, yet every included it on the year end lists. That does say something about the year in music. Doesn't it? Plus, why do you think they gave the album away for free? Because it's crap. I love Radiohead, bought the special edition of the album but if you hold up to any of their previous albums it just falls apart. Looking forward to 2008.
