Fair point. I assumed a city in a Rust Belt state made it a rust belt city. But I see there is a narrower definition, so I will change it. I appreciate you reaching out.

Fyi - My editor is also a native Pennsylvanian (like me), who grew up Philly. I was born in Pittsburgh, grew up in york and lived in Philly on and off for the last 10 yrs. Mistakes happen. It doesn't mean we don't understand the state.
