It scalable, really, but it's based on a set of virtual dice which can be configured in different ways - number of dice, sidedness, appearance. The trick would be in creating an illusion that the dice are actually sitting in a box that's deeper than the phone is thick, along with realistic sound and physics to accompany you shaking the phone. There could also be other add-ins, like a flipable coin, magic 8-ball, etc.

Basically, kind of throw-away app that might be cute enough for people to buy for a dollar.

I was also thinking about a color picker app which could utilize the camera and aid in choosing and organizing color palettes.
